I have been fitness traning and sharing people to get physically fit for 7 years now. when it comes to any piece of equipments to get them there the fastest I have always believed the exercise equipments treadmill is the best way to go. When it comes to cardio, it does not matter how long you do cardio but what you do in that time that makes a biggest difference.
All treadmill have programs for all individuals no matter what there fitness goals are. you will be able to run indoor which is very safe rather than you are at the gym or at home. If it is raining, snowing, loose dogs or whatever the reason is, you will not need to worry because you will be able to get your running in no matter what by using this machine.
On average you will be able to burn anywhere from 700 - 900 calories in treadmill and that definitely blowns many of the cardio equipment you see out of the water. There is a reason why there is over 65 million treadmill owners and it is growing by much as 10% every year. The growing is because of the result.
There are countless amount of benefits and workout programs on the treadmill. In my opinion it is a piece of equipment that is a must to take your fitness no matter what it is, to the next level.
